WHAT WE ARE NOT...
In todays highly competitive environment, many travel related web sites disappear regularly. In fact, in the last year alone almost 1/2 of the travel web sites on the internet have simply gone away or became totally non functional. We are not an internet boiler room travel call center filled with minimally trained, minimum wage workers. We are a real travel store that you can come visit any time and each of our employees has been extensively trained and certified in cruise and vacation travel to ensure that we get you the right vacation at the right price.

CANCELLATION FEES
Unfortunately, the internet and erroneous news reports create a tremendous number of people who don't recognize or appreciate how much time and effort goes into researching, pricing and booking a cruise or other vacation package by a travel professional. Simply put, you don't work for free and it is unreasonable to expect we should. Consequently, we charge a $50 per person cancellation fee after booking and deposit has been made. This is in addition to any cancellation fees charged by the cruise line or land vendor. The cancellation fee may be applied to the final payment of any comparably priced cruise or land vacation package booked and deposited through Cruise & Travel of Brandywine Valley, Inc. within 18 months of the cancellation date.
PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy and appreciate the contact you have made with us. When you register on our website, we collect personal information about you and your travel preferences. You always maintain control over the information we record. You may either opt in or out of e-mail notifications or direct mail from us regarding travel opportunities consistent with your stated preferences. If you advise us you do not wish us to have further contact with you, we will remove your name from our files immediatly. We DO NOT sell our customer lists to anyone. All of your data is stored in a location designed specifically to ensure that there is no access to either the server or its data contents by unauthorized individuals.
