Theodore Roosevelt, upon visiting the canyon, is quoted as saying, "This is one of the great sights which every American, if he can travel at all, must see." Later, leave nature's beauty behind for the glitz and glamour of the Las Vegas strip. Probably the most famous stretch of road in the world, its 4 miles of neon-lit resorts with around-the-clock action is like nowhere else on earth. A two-night stay provides you plenty of time to enjoy the shows, the casinos and all the fun. |
| Day 7 | Las Vegas | Las Vegas: Enjoy a day of leisure. Lounge by the pool sipping cool drinks, experience an amazing one-of-a-kind show, go hiking, or try your luck in the casino. | Day 9 | San Francisco | Fresno - Yosemite National Park - San Francisco: Today will surely be a highlight as you visit one of Mother Nature's greatest masterpieces, Yosemite National Park. Yosemite's amazing waterfalls, unique rock formations, deep valleys, Alpine meadows and groves of giant sequoias will leave you awestruck. Later, travel through the majestic Sierra Nevada mountains en route to the "City by the Bay", San Francisco. |
| Day 10 | San Francisco | San Francisco: This morning enjoy breakfast on Pier 39, San Francisco's #1 attraction. From here you'll experience the opportunity of an up-close view of the haul-out of harbor seals, postcard views of the Golden Gate and Bay bridges, Alcatraz and the San Francisco Bay. After breakfast you will be met by a local guide for a sightseeing tour of the city. Highlights include the Twin Peaks, Seal Rocks and the Golden Gate Bridge.
